This place should be shut down. Do not I repeat do not purchase from these con artist. My husband and I purchased a vehicle and they stated the title was lost and they had to order another, well the title never came and they have our money and refuse to give it back. We advised that we didn't want the vehicle and Garcia stated he would refund our money but when we got there he didn't have the cashiers check for the 2nd time. We have a vehicle with no title or tags. He lied when he said he would refund the money we paid, when we got there he Garcia stated that he would only give us 4500 vs 5000. We wanted nothing else to do with the vehicle because the title never came. Garcia lies and dies dirty business. We will be going to court because this business is very fraudulent and are breaking laws.
I WISH GOOGLE WOULD GIVE ME THE OPTION OF -STAR. THIS ALONE WAS THE WORST EXPERINCE FOR MY PARENTS WHEN PURCHESING A NEW VEHICLE. WE PURCHASED A CHEVROLET SUBURVAN IN 2015 AND MADE A DOWN PAYMENT OF 3K. THE CAR WAS GREAT AND IT SEEMED TO BE IN GREAT CONDITION, OR SO WE THOUGHT. NOT A MONTH HAD PASSED WHEN THE CAR OVER HEATED AND WE TOOK IT TO AAMCO TRANSMITIONS TO GET IT CHECKED. THEY TOLD US THE WHOLE TRANSMISSION HAD TO BE REPLACE AND THAT THEY RECOMENDED US TO TAKE IT BACK IF WE STILL COULD. WE CONTACT THE OWNER, HE WAS EXTREAMLY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL ABOUT THE WHOLE SITUATION. HE CAME TO MY HOUSE TO TOW THE VEHICLE BACK TO THE CAR LOT AND WE FOLLOWED BUT THEY REFUSED TO GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK. WE TOLD ME WE WERE GOING TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION BECAUSE HE HAD GAVE US A VEHICLE THAT COULD IN SOME CASES HAD PUT OUR LIVES IN DANGER. HIS ANSWER WAS, " ILL BE HERE WAITING." NEVER AGIAN WILL I EVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE EVEN IF THEY WHERE TO PAY ME. WE LOST 3K AND OUR OLDER VEHICLE THAT WAS IN AMAZING CONDIOTION TO GET THE CRAP THEY SOLD US AT THIS LOCATION.
