Great store with lots of items to choose from. The jewelry department has a great selection and return policy. I bought a watch there & it stopped working a year later. I mentioned it to the sales lady & she swapped it out for a new one. I couldn't believe it! So happy!
I would have given this location a 1 but I gave it a 3 because half of my experience in the store was positive. The guy who helped me in the store was great. He was helpful with a great personality. BUT the cashier was very dry. She acted like she didn't want to be there and had an attitude.
The lines were way too long. Everybody was nice. Great sales!!! I love Kohl's!!!!
Love this store, I work here part-time seasonal and I must say they do have nice clothing and shoes for children men and women. It's very clean, it can be a bit pricey and all but its worth it. Barry the manager is real cool. But overall the store is wonderful....
Customer service is outstanding! From the lady in the dressing room to the lady at the jewelry counter, they were all happy, friendly and professional! Especially the lady in the jewelry department. I was running short on time and she really helped me out!
