This Labor Day sale on mums, LOWE'S blew it. The 5 for $5 mums at Austell location ONLY allow customers to buy yellow skinny looking mums for $1/ one pint pot. Other colors the cashier charged $1.48 at regular price, they won't change it last Saturday (Sept 2). The ad said $0.98 for 3 quart mums TOTALLY FALSE. LOWE'S changed their mind and printed out a disclaimer it was a misprint, will NOT honor the ad. They asked for $4.98 for 3-quart. I am very disappointed with their business practice. They didn't gain any public relations by doing such poor customer's services. I went all the way to get some mums, and I only bought 5 tiny yellow mums for my friends at the nursing home unfortunately. What a Labor Day!!!
Very nice gentleman help me with my plumbing issue ...even though it could not be fixed with local parts. Sorry I can't remember his name. Love this Lowe's store!!!
Don't buy flooring here. Takes forever cuz you don't get all the information from associates to make intelligent decision. Everything has to go through the installer they work with and it can be one to two days every time you make a change before you get info and new pricing or find you have a new issue to deal with.
Had to wait more than 1 hour before they could send some one out to help me taking down a cabinet. There where only 2 guys in the building who had license to drive a truck and they where both on lunch at the same time. Then one of them showed up and he doesnt have is Dame license on him. Un proffetional service and unorganized store. Unfortunetly they are closer to my house but i will drive the extra 10 min to get to HOME DEPOT NEX TIME.
I went to Lowe's this afternoon to purchase a large amount of soil and mulch in the garden section. After checking out, I noticed my receipt did not give me a discount for the sale Lowe's had going on - the monetary difference was rather large. Instead of the clerk being able to credit my card back for her mistake, she made me go all the way to customer service which had a long line (after I had already stood in a long line). I was on my lunch break so I could not spare time going to customer service. I had to accept the loss or come back after work which would be 30 minutes round trip out of my way. Lowe's needs to figure out how to properly ring up their specials when they have discounts. This issue has happened to me multiple times in the past. Furthermore, this debacle happened a week after I had an unsatisfactory visit to the Lowe's in Newnan. While I was selecting hundreds of dollars worth of lumber, nobody asked if I needed help. 3 different guys were standing around while another 2 were loading lumber onto the racks. I finally asked if the lumber I had selected was ground tolerant since the tags had been ripped off and the "helper" told me yes it was. Thankfully I double checked him by looking at the tag on the last board in the back and it said "NOT GROUND TOLERANT" in all caps. So I wasted all that time loading lumber. Well I went to Home Depot and they helped me out just fine. It just floors me how Lowe's customer service has taken such a downhill turn. People didn't go to Home Depot for a long stretch of time because of their sub-par customer service. Luckily for Home Depot, they got their act together and turned it around. Lowe's - expect severe amounts of lost revenue unless you take action as well. Train your employees to be customer service professionals! As for the audience, thank you for taking time to read this and please don't waste your time going to either one of these locations.
