My only key to my storage unit disappeared. But Paul came to my rescue! He ground the old lock off in less than a minute and saved the day! Plus, he said it was considered a service to his customers and charged me nothing. His commitment to outstanding customer service is commendable. He is kind every time he sees me! Paul is a great manager with a wonderful personality. He treated me well at inception and went I moved-out. Facility is nice and spacious in the parking area at the rear. They could use more sensors along the corridors because the lights go out quickly because it does not detect motion if your unit is near the center. I had to walk down to the end of the hallway every 10 minutes or so to trigger the lights.
Paul was wonderful to work with, super sweet and very helpful. The place is clean and feels completely safe. Paul walked us around and made sure we knew the quickest and easiest way to get to our unit.
Paul is an excellent manager. His facility is spotless, secure, and truly climate-controlled. I plan to be a long-term customer! :)
