the rent is too high 5.27 just for the lot rent and they move the rent $20 a every year . i recommend to buy you home i sold my trailer and i got my home for 200 more.

This place is not safe a 9 yr old had a 9- millimeter hand gun at the park today his name Daniel Morris 3rd grade he was going to kill a young boy.he already took a Taser electric shock it will drop you to the ground to a 2 yr old boy.the mother is never home with her kids Beth Morris something needs to be done do we can live safe.Guns Gangs and Drug's..... it's now November 2017 this place is still a dump you know I like to park in the Grass at your own property but the maintenance man is allowed to do whatever he wants and gets away with everything. He's always passing our house always looking at our vehicles or watching myself in my daughter he's a sick Pig. He needs to mind his own business and stay at the end of his own Street and away from us. I just had two boys try to steal my grandkids bikes off my porch called the police they got here instantly thank God. And then walk with the police officer down the street through the back opening at the end of the fence line where Albert Hill maintenance man is allowed to hide his vehicle in the back really that's why nothing ever gets done here and nothing ever gets fixed right. We're still waiting for our heater filters we're still waiting for our screens we're still waiting for them to fix the ant problem and the list goes on. Where is Corporate when you need them that's a joke
