I had the best experience here during a stressful time . The manager Shenka was extremely nice and helpful she even waited on me a few mins after the office was close to unsure I got the best customer service experience . I will recommend this location to all my friends and family .
I had a WONDERFUL experience securing & moving into my unit. Brittany Rice provided THE BEST customer service! She called me before I came in to confirm that my reservations and unit size. When I got there she was very friendly and professional and she took care of me quickly and efficiently. Good Customer service is VITAL, it can greatly influcence and empact your impression and feelings about a company and whether you would do business with them again. Brittany made it a very pleasant and painless experience! I would definitle refer others to her & Public Storage at that location.
I had a really good experience with this location. I made my reservation online and they were ready for me when I got there. Ms Sheneka took good care of me and made my rental experience very pleasant. I have been back and forth to this property several times and the staff has been super friendly and helpful.
AWESOME people AWESOME service! I rented a unit at PS one day near closing time. Trevion was very patient as he assisted me with the transaction. Later that evening, I decided not to use the unit. The next morning less than 24 hrs later, I spoke with Jamie onsite. He cancelled the account and suggested I call the manager, Sheneka the next day for a refund. I did not take possession of the unit and Sheneka promptly refunded the one-month in advance payment! I lost the initiation fee, but that's their non-refundable fee. I'm satisfied with how smoothly everything went. Just a note, I have rented at this facility twice before. I recommend this location highly!
After a long day of work I can across this place. It was my third public storage of the day and I was super tired. I walked into this location it had what I needed online space wise. Sheneka was a GREAT HELP!! She gave me a tour and also had the best knowledge of the place. She also called me by name as if we knew each of for decades. Her customer service skills are amazing. There wasn't a blank spot that I didn't understand. Sheneka I appreciated doing business with people who care about their jobs. Thanks Public Storage.
