The manager is awful! Rude!!! Dorian is his name i think tall light skin with curly hair.All they do is play around in there. They always have to remake my order.
I love jimmy johns but this location sucks. Every time I've gone there the people who work there just do whatever they want. They don't ever really listen to what the order is... like how hard is no tomatoes? If someone is seriously allergic to tomatoes and insted of not putting them in they add extra, that's just them being assholes.
A bunch of kids in charge of helping Jimmy John's lose money! Takes them over an hour to deliver. Employee's are very unprofessional but I guess that's what you expect from a bunch of grown children. Food is great.... Employee's suck. Lost a customer.
This used to be a great location. At some point they changed the staff, and now the experience is awful. With the exception of one older guy who works the drive thru window sometimes, everyone else I've dealt with at this location is rude and inattentive. The last 3 times I've been to this location I have had missing toppings, been overcharged, and treated poorly. I decided today that I will no longer be patronizing this location. I suggest choosing another Jimmy John's if you want everything you order for the correct price with friendly service.
Poor customer service displayed when Saturday evening manager who hung up on me and told me I sounded suspect because I complained as he insisted that I requested mayo on my sandwich. Italian subs at that store (#5-Vito) comes with "so called sauce" which is what I requested.
I will continue to eat at jimmy John's just never again at this location, not until new management or new staff is updated. ✌
