Ordered yesterday and they got my order wrong. I called to let them know the issue and was transferred to someone else who acted like he just didn't care. Told me that they would deliver the correct item shortly, never did. I waited a hour and called back, no one knew about my inquiry and said there was a shift change and the person I talked to went home. There goes my money and points out the window.
Wow, the food here is disgusting. this location does not represent for papa johns!! probably the worst pizza i ever had, might as well gotten a frozen one from publix. Its was so flimsy and barley any sauce. whoever the owner is needs to have a crew meeting with the teenagers working and make sure the job is getting done correctly! because of this one incident, it will be my first & last time. get a new cook or something please , for the sake of future customers, thankyou!
This place needs to be shut down. I ordered a pizza online, they sent me the wrong order. When I called to let them know, I was told they would send out the correct order. An hour and a half later I still hadn't received my pizza which I had already paid for. I called and was placed on hold twice. When someone finally came to the phone she told me my pizza was on the way. She didn't confirm the order or even ask for my number, she just said its on the way. I told her I was told that over an hour ago, her only response was "well do you want me to void it?" I said, of course not, I've already paid for it, I just want my pizza. I asked to speak with the manager, she says "I am the manager and your pizza is on the way." Needless to say, it never arrived. These people took my money and never brought me what I ordered. I have sent in a complaint to corporate. At this point I want a refund. This location is ridiculous.
Terrible Experience!! The manager (Z-Zykheiia) called me 20 minutes after I payed for and placed my delivery order and informed me that she cancelled my order because she did not want to delivery to my neighborhood. I informed her that I order quite frequently and have never had this issue. She stated it did not matter, she was cancelling the order. Now my kids have no dinner and i have to wait 2 days to get a refund. This neighborhood is the reason that store 414 stays afloat. This is what happens when you give non- educated bitches with no future a little power. Who are you to make the decision on who can place orders when and where?? You are a key turner..A pizza sitter and its your job to make sure that the customer is satisfied. Maybe Z should focus more on serving quality food and correcting the numerous quality complaints that this one store has, instead of trying to play Pizza Police. I will not be ordering from here again. The only reason i gave one star is bc you cant post without it. Pappa Johns needs to vet their management before offering ratchets who probably live in the same community as me a position of pizza power... If Z (Zykheiia) is the manager on duty for the Austell site, dont bother wasting your time.
By far the most unprofessional environment on this planet. Went there to order some food and this guy was at the register and ignored me for entirely too long while he was on the phone with his friend talking about football. He was very short with me as if I had the audacity to come into the store to order pizza in a pizza restaurant. It is people like this that these establishments hire and wonder why they have falling profits and losing customers to the competition. If he would have had the unlucky privilege of meeting years ago, I would yanked his sarcastic ass over the counter. But, I know better these days. Why spend a day in jail when Dominos is less than a few miles away.. Bye Papa Johns, you will never get my business and I will implore everyone who will listen not to waist there time going there. Promise you that!
